It’s week 7 of the Gracie Barra Curriculum. This week we are working on leg grab takedowns and top guard passes.
In the Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals program our self-defense is focused on distance management and proper timing for a takedown. On the ground we are working on half-guard passes and spider guard passes.
In the advanced classes professors will show their favorite leg grab takedowns and guard passes along with some awesome submissions.
Our Gracie Barra Kids Program is also about jiu-jitsu fundamentals. We will focus on the single leg takedowns and top guard passes as well.
